Come and process the ultimate conflict we face today. Do you feel you have too much on your plate, juggling all at once and still not finding peace?

This seminar is an overview to stress management for women. How to become aware of every day stress related symptoms, learn to infuse mindfulness in your daily lives and an introduction to coping skills that can be incorporated easily.

Natasha Najmi-Kazmi is a licensed psychotherapist from California.. She has received her graduate studies in Counseling Psychology from San Francisco State University and she has been in the field for over 15 years.

Natasha has worked with children, adults, older adults and couples and uses many different techniques including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family systems theory, parenting and couples work. She enjoys helping her clients with a wide range of issues including PTSD, trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, stress, communication difficulties with partners and/or children, parent education and support as well as grief and loss.
